📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and distributors.
• Develop and present sales proposals to secure contracts.

• Train and mentor local distributors on product knowledge and sales techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively to meet clients and attend trade shows.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Valid SIM (Driver's License) and reliable transportation.
