As a Credit Control Supervisor at Pengiklan Anonim in Denpasar, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the credit policies and procedures of our clients. You will work closely with our sales and finance teams to ensure that our customers are creditworthy and that our company's credit limits are appropriately set and enforced.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the credit risk assessments for all customers
• Set and enforce credit limits for customers based on their creditworthiness
• Monitor and track customer payments and credit balances
• Resolve any credit disputes or issues that may arise
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure that our customers are creditworthy
• Analyze and report on credit performance metrics and trends
• Develop and implement strategies to improve credit performance and reduce credit risk
• Provide training and guidance to the credit control team on credit policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit control or a related financial role
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and management
• Experience with credit scoring and credit analysis tools such as Dun & Bradstreet or Experian
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP
