Affiliate Specialist (Iswhite & Naisday)

As an Affiliate Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most influential names in the beauty and lifestyle space, helping to drive sales and brand awareness for Iswhite and Naisday.

In your day-to-day work, you'll be responsible for managing our affiliate network, identifying and onboarding new affiliates, and optimizing our affiliate marketing campaigns. You'll also be involved in our influencer marketing efforts, working with micro-influencers and nano-influencers to promote our products and drive engagement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our affiliate network, including identifying and onboarding new affiliates, and tracking and reporting on affiliate performance.
• Develop and implement affiliate marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement influencer marketing strategies, including identifying and onboarding new influencers, and tracking and reporting on influencer performance.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization in our affiliate and influencer marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and influencer marketing, and apply this knowledge to our campaigns.
• Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that our affiliate and influencer marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business goals.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our affiliate and influencer marketing efforts, providing regular updates to management.
• Attend and participate in industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and influencer marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing affiliate networks and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, or Rakuten Advertising.
