📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead the development of high-quality proposals for climate and energy funding opportunities.
  • Coordinate with project managers, technical experts, and other stakeholders to ensure proposal alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify funding opportunities and develop tailored proposal strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential funders and donors.
  • Ensure proposals meet all technical, financial, and administrative requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance to proposal team members as needed.
  • Monitor proposal performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in climate and energy funding.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal writing, with a focus on climate and energy projects.
  • Proven track record of successful proposal submissions and funding awards.
  • Strong understanding of climate change and energy sector, including relevant policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with UNOPS processes, procedures, and policies is a plus.
