📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections,Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes,Manage the accounting department's budget and resources,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior or managerial role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures
