📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.,Hire, train, and develop a team of skilled and motivated staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the restaurant, including equipment and facilities.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of quality ingredients and products.,Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of managing budgets and financial performance.,Experience in hiring, training, and developing staff.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
