Pusat Joko Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe outlets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the cafe outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service and product quality.,Monitor and report on outlet performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.,Collaborate with the central team to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations across all outlets.,Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on outlet performance and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing sales in a cafe or similar environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using basic office software and tools.,Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
