📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Schedule and confirm appointments for doctors and other healthcare providers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Handle and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized at all times.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
