📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts for daily service.,Ensure all pastries are made to the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation.,Maintain and stock the kitchen with ingredients and supplies.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet daily production targets.,Assist in menu development and innovation.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in preparing and baking pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with local and international pastry trends and techniques.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
