📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to optimize stock management.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of new operational strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
