📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and growth opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a shipping or logistics company,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus,Proven track record of successful training program implementation
