Mart Sky Dinamis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Purchasing Staff to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our purchasing operations, ensuring we source high-quality products at competitive prices. You will work closely with suppliers, manage procurement processes, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet business objectives.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals.,Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and supplier networks.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
