📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the laboratory.,Oversee the day-to-day activities of the laboratory, including sample collection, preparation, and analysis.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure it is in proper working order.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of laboratory services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in laboratory operations and management.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Ability to travel as required for business purposes.
