PT Damar Tani is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and stakeholders.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Lead and mentor junior bookkeepers, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
