As a Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our IT support system, handling a variety of technical issues and ensuring our systems run smoothly. You'll work closely with our team in Singapore and collaborate with remote colleagues across Southeast Asia, Pacific, and the Middle East. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, documenting solutions for future reference.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and support new technologies and solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 IT support coverage.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT support processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficiency in using ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as common office productivity tools.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and basic networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
