📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate company vehicles to transport freight, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
- Monitor logistics operations using Google Maps and Fleet Management Systems to optimize routes and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure seamless freight movements.
- Maintain accurate records of freight movements and delivery statuses.
- Assist in the training and development of new drivers and logistics staff.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to improve operational processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a freight driver or in logistics coordination.
- Valid driver’s license for medium/large vehicles.
- Proficiency in using Google Maps and Fleet Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations and freight management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the logistics industry in Bali is a plus.
