📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational goals.,Source and screen potential candidates for various roles within the company.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the position.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient recruitment processes.,Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.,Provide support in the development and delivery of training programs for new hires.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
