In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 2 IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Assist in the maintenance and upgrading of IT systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain server and network performance.,Manage and maintain IT security measures to protect against cyber threats.,Coordinate with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.,Provide training and support to end-users on new IT systems and software.,Document all IT activities and maintain accurate records for future reference.,Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.,Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.,Experience with IT security measures and best practices.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with end-users and other IT teams.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
