Urban Global Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Deputy Inventory Staff to join our team in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the inventory management process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock control. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in inventory management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily inventory management process, including stock taking, counting, and reconciling discrepancies.,Support the inventory staff in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and data for analysis.,Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate ordering of inventory.,Support the implementation of inventory control systems and procedures.,Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff in inventory management.,Participate in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies and policies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Inventory Management, or a related field is a plus.
