📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing training and support as needed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.,Ensure the branch meets all health and safety standards.,Report to senior management on branch performance and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and financial management tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs in Sulawesi Selatan.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
