As a Barista & Service Crew at JWC Academy, you'll be responsible for crafting and serving premium coffee drinks, ensuring every cup meets the highest standards of quality. You'll work closely with our team of instructors to learn and perfect your techniques, from espresso extraction to latte art. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve premium coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty beverages.
• Assist customers with menu selections and ensure their satisfaction with every order.
• Clean and maintain coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a hygienic and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with instructors to learn and improve barista techniques, including espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
• Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new techniques.
• Promote JWC Academy's products and services to guests, both in person and through social media.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a customer service role, preferably in a coffee shop or similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist a diverse range of customers.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of coffee beans, flavors, and brewing techniques is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends in the specialty coffee industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Formal training in barista skills is a bonus.
• Fluency in English is preferred, but not required, as Bali is a popular tourist destination.
