📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Waitress in managing the dining area, including seating guests, taking orders, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.,Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, including tables, utensils, and restrooms.,Assist in stocking and organizing the kitchen and dining area to ensure all supplies are readily available.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the service.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for all guests.,Follow all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees to ensure high standards of service are maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including trays, dishes, and equipment.
