🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and driving organizational growth.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a multinational or international organization is a plus.
