In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing faculty affairs, ensuring the smooth operation of academic programs, and supporting the development of our faculty members. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the academic programs and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.,Coordinate with faculty members to develop and implement academic strategies and initiatives.,Manage faculty development programs, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.,Facilitate communication and collaboration between faculty members and other stakeholders.,Monitor faculty performance and provide feedback and support as needed.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in faculty affairs and academic program management.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new faculty members.,Support the development and implementation of faculty policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, or a relevant discipline).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in faculty affairs or a related role in academia or higher education.,Strong knowledge of academic program management and faculty development.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
