📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans to ensure optimal plant reliability and efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Utilize advanced tools and technologies such as SAP PM, Maximo, and CMMS for maintenance planning and execution.
Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel.
Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage spare parts and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the plant-based oils and fats industry.
Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or similar is a plus.
Proficient in using SAP PM, Maximo, and other CMMS software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with ISO 55000 or other international standards for asset management is a plus.
