📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Managing recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.,Leading the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Providing guidance and support to HR staff and other departments on HR-related matters.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Assisting in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.,Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
