📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.,Monitor cash balances and reconcile discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high standards of performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cashiering or accounting roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in a fast-paced retail or financial environment is a plus.
