Place Star Pratama is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring smooth transactions. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.,Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.,Verify customer identification and maintain confidentiality.,Assist in opening and closing the bank, including counting and reconciling cash.,Process and verify checks, money orders, and other financial instruments.,Answer inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash handling area.,Adhere to all banking regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using basic office software and technology.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and procedures.,Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records.
