📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and quality.Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.Collaborate with other departments to meet procurement and operational goals.Analyze and report on procurement activities to identify areas for improvement.Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.🛠️ Keahlian
