📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, legal compliance, or corporate governance.
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing regulations and standards.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
