📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop high-quality multimedia content, including social media graphics, digital ads, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure visuals align with brand identity and business goals.
• Create engaging and visually appealing designs using industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all visual assets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into our projects.
• Conduct regular reviews and revisions to ensure designs meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Assist in creating and managing multimedia campaigns, including video content and interactive media.
• Support the team in achieving project deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
