📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the district, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies for community development and social welfare programs.
• Coordinate with various government agencies and non-governmental organizations to address community needs.
• Ensure the implementation of government policies and programs at the district level.
• Manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Represent the district at local, regional, and national levels, advocating for the interests of the community.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of public services, including infrastructure, education, and healthcare.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the district, providing regular reports to higher authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a government or public sector organization.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific systems.
• Knowledge of local governance and community development policies and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
